Job Description

Duration: 6+ months

Location: 100% Remote


Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the eight core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Integration Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Project Management practice and consult in the Delivery as a Service client service. Turnberry's Delivery as a Service offering empowers clients to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase delivery speed for IT and business projects and programs of all sizes.


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Define goals and deliverables, and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Plan and execute strict deadlines
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing packaged application software
  • Executive presence and influence – ability to work with senior leadership and external partners
  • Motivated and passionate Project Manager
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, change management and influencing skills
  • Skilled at delivering on time, on budget and to scope


The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
