As an Integration Manager, you will be at the forefront of our ongoing integration projects, providing comprehensive technical and client support. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of solutions and delivering prompt assistance when needed. You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing various integration efforts, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the seamless integration of systems, optimizing efficiency and driving successful project outcomes. What You'll Be Doing

• Advise internal and external development teams on best practices when integrating with Bede Gaming's Platform APIs
• Consult with API developers on best practices for API design to support full user journeys, with the aim of creating a best-in-class API consumer experience
• Draft technical integration documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness across various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Attend client calls and workshops to provide technical support and guidance as needed
• Assist external development teams by addressing their questions and concerns related to the project
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate with different stakeholders involved in the project to ensure solution alignment and consistency
• Provide support on integration issues that may arise before and during the development process

What We Are Looking For

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
• Passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including coding standards and code reviews
• Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical integration concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Must be comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams to achieve common goals
• Experience working with RESTful APIs to build user interfaces and understanding best practices is essential
• Experience in developing user journeys for the online gaming industry would be advantageous
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Familiarity or experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/Adobe Target) would be an added advantage
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the integration process across various platforms, including web and mobile applications, and work with teams to come to a resolution
