Sr. Project Manager Jobs

The Senior Project Manager role is a key client-facing position that maintains our customer relationships and manages the efficient delivery of Portage CyberTech's advisory consulting and implementation services. Selected tasks include:

• Gather client requirements
• Create/update the Client Portfolio
• Coordinate with internal technical resources
• Manage client contracts and ensure that all deliverables are completed
• Create and update Jira tasks
• Lead new client onboarding activities
• Create/update the Service Brief
• Lead annual client service reviews
• Manage our client deliverables
• Build a relationship with each client based on trust and integrity
• Chair regular client meetings, collect action items, and follow up as needed
• Be a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
• Help refine deliverables so that they have a consistent style across clients
• Streamline our client management processes

Job Requirements:

• Ability to manage the quality of other people’s work output
• 3 plus years of client delivery management
• Fantastic program / project management skills
• Domain expertise in SaaS, Cloud Computing, or other web technologies is an asset
• Experience with any security frameworks is an asset
• Highly ethical and professional in all client interactions
• Quantitative or analytical work experience
• Demonstrated life-long learner
• Strong customer interaction skills including phone, in-person, presentation and writing skill
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a top performing team
• Experience with any compliance standards is an asset
• Able to bring a sophisticated professional aesthetic to all client deliverables
