Digital Business Integration & Portfolio Management (NAR)

Integrate business goals and requirements into the overall customer ecosystem and digital strategy

Responsible for helping the team to identify and then manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and due dates across all integrations

Manage removing impediments for the team, e.g., schedule conflicts, cultural barriers, external interference

Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects delivering complex integration and migration work

Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project tasking tools (i.e. JIRA, Miro, LucidCharts, Smartsheets, etc.)

Strong ability to communicate with Stakeholders (Development Managers, Product Managers, Developers, Architects, Compliance Teams, etc.)

Understand relevant technology enough to manage successful delivery of the product

Practical experience in sterile cell culture and cell analysis techniques (live/dead cell counting, flow cytometry, microscopy, and imaging)

Hands on experience with Western Blots, 3D cell culture, and/or pluripotent stem cells is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft office or Google Workspace, experience with Graphpad is considered an asset

Contribute to project, goal, and experiment planning and execution

Acquire reagents, perform lab-based experiments, troubleshoot unexpected outcomes, complete data analysis, and present of results in slide and report formats

Onboard new techniques with limited training

Experience in marketing strategy & campaign management is an asset

Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical integration concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner

Experience working with RESTful APIs to build user interfaces and understanding best practices is essential

Familiarity or experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/Adobe Target) would be an added advantage

Experience in developing user journeys for the online gaming industry would be advantageous

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges

Analyze, design and document business requirements and solutions for system integration and determine the appropriate development design for the PiVAL environment.

Manage EDI and WMS integration projects with customers.

3 years experience in software development or application integration

Demonstrated experience managing and delivering WMS integrations, data warehouse solutions and business intelligence solutions

Previous experience documenting EDI processes

Effective leadership skills and management skills Experience working on corporate real estate projects.

Has excellent relationship-building and relationship management skills. (Experience managing customer relationships)

Excellent problem-solving skills. (Experience in facilitating workshops and other engagements for problem-solving and or requirements gathering and discovery.)

Excellent influencing and conflict resolution skills. (Experienced in leading complex project teams and stakeholder groups)

Supports the intake process for new LAS project requests working with the Program Directors to define project requirements and resourcing approach.
