Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, CX Integration to join our team in Toronto.

As a key member of the Client Experience team, the Manager of CX Integration will work towards driving our continued growth, evaluate risks, synergies and expedite the integration of firms. You are an individual who demonstrates a proactive approach to tackle problems. You are inquisitive and seek out ideas and opportunities to make improvements. You thrive in an environment where you are encouraged to pave the way and create structure to operational process. You have a few years of experience with full cycle business analysis and exposure and familiarity with transformational processes and procedures. This role will be key in providing support to assess acquisitions and potential synergies within People Corporation.
The Manager, CX Integration will:
  • Collaborate with CX functional area leaders to assess, recommend, and drive key integration activities and to determine key success criteria for implementing due diligence changes in the acquired firm’s servicing model .
  • Assist the Conversion Execution project team as required to update processes, communication plan and preparatory collateral and documentation for plan sponsors, plan administrators, and plan members transitioning to the company’s web-based applications and member servicing platforms.
  • Execute an engagement model with acquired firms to evaluate risk, resolve issues, obtain decisions, and accelerate transition plans.
  • Collaborate with various People Corporation entities, vendors, and key CX stakeholders to prioritize Integration activities, leveraging past learnings and experience from past Transitions.
  • Assist the Transition leadership as required for larger scale Conversion projects to move business from multiple platforms on to a single enterprise platform.
  • Articulate the business objectives, goals, and needs to a project team balancing across corporate strategy, information systems project requirements, user expectations, and client satisfaction.
  • Assist Finance and EPMO project leads to quantify the cost levels in each transition business case to compare against the cost estimates for previous conversions.
  • Manage relationships to deliver corporate strategy, positioning and messaging to transition leaders, senior management, and executive sponsors of the acquired firms.
To be successful as the Manager, CX Integration with People Corporation, you will need:
  • 3 or more years managing vendor relationships, third-party client requests and internal stakeholder expectations to meet business requirements and project goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce concise and accurate materials for operations and servicing process documentation for a variety of audiences.
  • Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills and experience applying agile methodology.
  • High functioning when working independently with the ability to collaborate in team based work.
  • 3 or more years of experience working as a Manager in mature organizations supporting organizational transformation, client onboarding, and/or change management initiatives.
  • Advanced skills using all Microsoft Office and Audio/Video conferencing tools like Teams.
  • Advanced experience with creating and managing content on SharePoint and Monday.com
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to manage inter-departmental work relationships.
All-star candidates will have:
  • Experience with Agile management methodology, some practical experience with Lean project management methods and Project Management Reporting Tools
  • Excellent oral, written and time management/organizational skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with User Centered Design, User and CX journey mapping
  • Bilingual/French language is considered an asset
  • Experience in the Insurance, Group Benefits, Group Retirement or Financial Services Industry and understanding of member client experience and omni channel interactions
  • University Degree is considered an asset
  • Ability to think strategically
