Sr. Project Manager - Clinical Integration

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a single Project Manager to oversee integration work on their project. The project manager will provide leadership to the project, oversee successful project delivery, and provide oversight and mentorship to the project team.

The project management services include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and manage all project management artifacts including Project Charter, Project Plan, Risk and Action Logs, Status Reports, Budget/Forecasting, etc.
• Facilitate the resolution of problems encountered by team members
• Provide proactive risk mitigation
• Develop knowledge transition summary and lessons learned documentation at the end of the engagement
• Provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship support where applicable to the project team
• Support knowledge transition activities through the project
• Adhere to Project Management Office (PMO) project lifecycle processes and support all documentation needs (project and financial reporting)
• Coordinate meetings across stakeholders, including development of agenda’s, meeting minutes, etc.
• Assume other related duties as required
• Provide structure and maintain detailed documentation and manage SharePoint/Team sites
• Produce and deliver regular and ad hoc status reports for project stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including overseeing solution vendor team/activities
• Establish and support the project governance structure

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years senior consulting experience, with previous involvement in the following areas being considered preferable:

• Experience in healthcare with a focus on IT systems and operational support
• Project Management

· Experience in systems design, testing and implementation

· Knowledge of digital health messaging standards including HL7

• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong English language oral and written communication skills
• Experience and skills to prepare meeting materials and take minutes

· Experience working with Endoscopy systems and Meditech is an asset

· Experience working at Fraser Health and knowledge of specific FHA processes, clinical applications and system workflows is an asset

• It is an asset if the candidate possesses a PMP certification
