Key Areas of Responsibility

• Understand client business requirements, and present them in a form which is comprehensible to business users and IT professionals.
• Provide strong yet collaborative leadership and discipline to broad teams comprised of NTT DATA, clients, and other IT and business professionals.
• Experience managing/leading large projects, workshops and meeting facilitation
• Offer business, technology and systems integration solutions (client-specific)
• Engage in all components of planning, executing and closing, of a project cycle.
• Estimate costs involved with realizing a solution, prepare and present recommendations.
• Provide disciplined project management skills dealing with cross-functional teams delivering IT-based business solutions
• Manage/lead business systems development, integration, or implementation projects

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• A client-focused mindset, delivering superior customer results and service
• Experience implementing projects in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong vendor/client management and stakeholder management skills are mandatory
• Values diversity, collaboration, and enjoys experience mentoring others
• Proven experience in managing large software development and IT Infrastructure projects
• A solid foundation of Information Technology skills and experience.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies such as PMBOK, ITIL, etc.
• University Degree in business or computing sciences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience managing Microsoft stack technical upgrade projects.
• Experience in business analysis, workflow analysis and/or business process engineering
• Technical Project/Program Management experience in working with Infrastructure and Application specialists.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite including Microsoft Project and Visio
• Experience building strong working relationships with senior business and senior technology professionals
• Experience working remotely with Microsoft Teams is an asset.
• At least 15 years' experience in IT with a minimum of 8years of experience as a Project Manager
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience with Technical End of Life/Support, decommission, and upgrade projects is preferred.
