Signifi Manager – Testing Lead

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a SigniFi Testing Lead, IT Manager based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Beerse, Belgium or Toronto, Canada who will work at the intersection of business & technology to monitor and track testing activities and deliverables during full testing lifecycle. The SigniFi Program aims to establish a world-class J&J Global Finance solution. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000- $166,750. Please note, the compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

Key Activities Include

• Set testing process and guidelines and define format, structure and flow of test materials and process for defining and documenting test scenarios and test cases and defects
• Accountable for defects triage and resolution
• Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.
• Accountable for the testing scope definition and testing approach
• Mobilize teams and motivate and hold teams & key partners accountable to deliver
• Monitor testing progress till sign off and validation in compliance with J&J SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Define governance, Test Team structure and interactions between teams
• Accountable for the development and implementation of T esting status reports and portfolio dashboards and visual metrics, deliver daily status reporting
• Collaborate on test automation strategy and identify continuous improvements to accelerate and speed up testing and deployments

Reporting to the Director, Anaplan Product Manager for - Run Support and Capacity Team, you will partner closely with global process owners, senior finance personnel, and financial systems leads to ensure successful implementations of the SigniFi product portfolio.

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in managing large programs & testing teams; strong leadership, communication skills, and interpersonal skills; strong team-building skills.
• 10 – 20% business travel expected
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• You have an understanding of corporate finance business capabilities, planning processes, data structures and related systems
• You have relevant experience with Test management Tools and Test management analytics and automation
• You are familiar with the SAP S/4 Hana Finance suite, Central Finance and Anaplan
• Preferred: Master’s Degree with focus on Computer Science or Computer Engineering; MBA.
