At Sonder You Will

• Work closely with third party tool providers (e.g. HotelKey or RateGain) to influence partner product strategy and ensure that Sonder can take full advantage of its tools
• Work with business partners to create and manage processes for data creation, validation, dissemination, and reporting in support of our distribution strategy
• Define, measure, and monitor objectives and key results for merchandising and distribution
• Lead and own the long-term vision and strategy for our Listing Platform tool and connectivity to third party tools and partners (such as Booking.com, Exedia, or AirBnB)
• Drive execution against your product roadmap, in close collaboration with business, tech, and cross-functional teams

What We Look For

• A user advocate, able to use user feedback, data, and research to craft intuitive solutions to user needs and represent the user in team conversations
• An organizational influencer, with experience leading data-driven roadmap development
• A high-performing product manager with proven experience designing and building operational products / processes
• A versatile collaborator and analyst, able to operate in the details with engineers and in the clouds with strategists
• A student of technology, with a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• A skilled storyteller, able to articulate and sell a vision or write a clear and compelling business case
• A fast-mover, with a strong track record of quick execution and high impact

Bonus Points

• Experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or Global Distribution Systems (GDSes)
• Experience managing an API-first product
• Experience in hospitality or travel tech
