This Hybrid position is based out of our head office in Concord Ontario but working mostly remotely. You may find yourself travelling to project sites in Canada and abroad. On construction sites, in homes, offices, schools, performing arts center's and stadiums to bring our customers solutions to life with our software.

Responsibilities

• Managing the profits and losses of each project.
• Maintaining records and paperwork
• Supervising, Mentoring, and managing Development and Deployment staff and sub-contractors.
• Read and Extract software functional abilities from hardware schematic drawings.
• Travel as required.
• Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain production schedules.
• Evaluating company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.
• Continually maintain a clean criminal record.
• Ensuring business operations are implemented based on established procedures.
• Developing goals and initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years experience with audio systems for installation and DSP programming
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a complex and dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• AVIXA CTS and/or Network+ preferred
• 10+ years experience with systems programming, systems integration, and automation (SimplWindows, Netlinx, C#, Python, Lua) in a development or management role
• Demonstrated desire for excellence.
• Strategic and Critical thinking skills
• Understanding of Audio and/or Video systems
• Ability to clear government security screening process.
