Associate Director, Personalization Jobs

We are looking for an Associate Director of Personalization to create big-picture digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This person will work within our Marketing Services team and will be responsible for assisting our Personalization Director with achieving channel goals and growth. Role And Responsibilities

• Mature and expand the adoption of testing and personalization projects at Bounteous along with the supporting technology
• Serve as senior subject matter expert and advisor for channel team members, and during business development pursuits
• Assess and audit the current state of CRO platform configuration
• Work with Analytics team to assess performance in order to drive data driven campaigns
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and iterate on the prescribed testing plan
• Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients
• Prepare project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and owners
• Oversee the configuration, administration and operation of CRO platforms to support multi-channel campaigns
• Work with UX/UI teams to take finalize content for personalization or A/B testing
• Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the CRO investment
• Maintain clear and thorough process documentation and testing documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and JavaScript skills
• Experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience with tag management systems and data layers and understanding of database management and APIs
• Ability to learn new technologies at a high level to identify use opportunities
• Web development experience
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
• Solid understanding of digital marketing & data reporting with a passion for the digital domain and the use of technology to solve business problems
• Agency experience preferred but not required
• Proven track record of testing and personalization strategy, and the ability to define strategies based on client business objectives
