Perform correct packaging practices to eliminate damage to products

Consistently ensure the correct parts, and quantity of parts, are packaged per documentation/standards provided

Places linen pieces onto feeder conveyor

Rotating day and afternoon shifts every two weeks (6:45am-2:45pm and 2:45pm-10:45pm) or straight nights (10:45pm-6:45am)

A competitive starting rate of $17/ hour

Monday to Friday shifts - every weekend off

Quality checking parts for imperfections

Inspecting garments to identify any need for repair.

Remove any company emblems from garments.

Work with in a team to achieve goals.

Thorough and careful about details when completing tasks.

Able to work effectively and efficiently all through the 8 hour shift

Able to stand for extended periods of time

Experience with the use of the microscope is a must

Good knowledge of SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A-610 standards

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to

Soldering of Axial and Radial leaded components

Soldering of Through-hole connectors, Single In-line and Dual In-line Packages

Soldering of 25 mils and below SOICs and PLCCs

Experience with tag management systems and data layers and understanding of database management and APIs

Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and JavaScript skills

Experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written

Agency experience preferred but not required

Develop an understanding of relevant Quality Management System (QMS).

Develop an understanding of relevant customer specific requirements.

Be able to perform physically demanding work (up to 50lbs)

Mechanical aptitude is an asset

2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience working in the nuclear, aerospace, or defense industry is an asset.

Strong communication (verbal/written) and problem-solving skills.

Use material handling equipment to carefully move components from one operation to the next.

May be required to move parts using a Forklift or Crane. Must be certified to operate.

Use various hand tools to perform light deburring work on stainless steel parts for small cell components.
