Job Description
The EDI Project Coordinator serves as a primary interface to clients, Customer Success Managers (CSM), EDI Analysts, and Developers for Datex. You will work closely with EDI Analysts and client to build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as a trusted partner. You must have a strong understanding of our customer’s business objectives and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achieving the Customers’ operational business goals. Addressing customers’ needs and issues, and managing day-to-day operational items, are paramount.


Role And Responsibilities


Responsibilities


  • Ensure execution/completion of the work per the project plan, including change requests and configuration escalations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain communication links with trading partners and oversee the integration of information within the project scope and parameters as required by the project.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational, functional, and technical support activities of the EDI projects for customers.
  • Document time within DevOps.
  • Assist the EDI Analysts in conducting requirement-gathering for EDI specifics of files and fields.
  • Maintain artifacts within DevOps.
  • Understand basic system configuration of the Datex software suite.
  • Periodically review the system to ensure client needs are met; identify possible modifications.
  • Collaborate with EDI Analyst and internal staff on project status updates.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and dashboards related to EDI.
  • Coordinate and work with the EDI Analysts, CSMs, and client/trading partner on new and existing EDI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the EDI Analyst and client/trading partner during User Acceptance Testing.


Requirements


  • Previous Warehouse Management software experience is a plus.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, or another client-facing role.
  • Previous EDI project management or EDI Analyst experience.
  • Previous SaaS/Supply chain software experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Products, Marketing, Services) (Internally & Externally)
  • Consistent performer who handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
  • Fundamental understanding of technology, including Data Mapping, EDI, API, and other integration technologies
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Previous ticketing system experience.
  • Empathy with a knack for understanding the customer’s needs and why they need it.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
