As the EDI Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the electronic data interchange (EDI) operations for assigned client organizations.Your primary focus will be on providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clients’ EDI processes within the Boomi Atomsphere system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient EDI operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee the day-to-day EDI operations of assigned client environments, ensuring the timely and accurate exchange of electronic documents with trading partners.

·Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues, including data transmission failures, format errors, and mapping discrepancies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

·Maintain documentation related to EDI processes, standards, and procedures.

·Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols related to EDI.

·Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the EDI support environment.

·Proactively propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications:

Required:

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent work experience.

·Working knowledge and experience with EDI processes and standards (such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT)

·Familiar with at least 1 ERP platform.

·Proficiency with EDI mapping and software (prefer Boomi Atomsphere).

·Understanding of supply chain processes and integration points within an ERP system.

·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external trading partners.

·Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Desired:

·Strong knowledge and experience with EDI processes and standards (such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT

·Familiar with multiple ERP platforms.

·Solid understanding of supply chain processes and integration points within an ERP system.
