- Collaboration with the Talent and HR teams on diverse projects, including Diversity initiatives, Co-op program, Reporting and Data insights, and interview team training.
- End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process, from initial intake to successful candidate placement. Proficiency in negotiation and management of all recruitment cycle stages.
- Active involvement in intake meetings to gather requirements and devise creative sourcing strategies, targeting both active and passive talent for a consistent candidate pipeline.
