As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role as the champion of our people and culture. We are seeking an individual who cherishes autonomy, embraces innovation, and possesses an innate drive for success. Your core responsibilities will revolve around collaborating closely with our technology teams to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for 1Password. Your passion for discovering new recruitment avenues, engaging with passive talent, and prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience will be paramount.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to assemble an exceptional team as we continue to expand. Your commitment to actively listening to the experiences of our current employees will enable you to refine and enhance the functioning of each team. By leveraging these insights, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our hiring practices, customizing them to suit the unique requirements of each team while ensuring a seamless and remarkable candidate experience consistently across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Strong sourcing skills using a variety of tools and platforms, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. You also understand the value of partnerships and have built a strong and diverse network of talent
• You are data driven. You understand the importance of sharing data and reflecting on it to pivot strategies and educate your hiring partners
• Excitement to learn new things: We try new tools often, switch up processes that aren't helping us grow, and are constantly bettering ourselves. We're looking for others who strive to do the same.
• Strong experience with full cycle recruiting experience focused on engineering and technical talent
• Experience with in-house recruitment preferably at a growing software or technology organization
• You can effectively manage change, and can adapt to advance work and projects
• You consider yourself a self starter. You are comfortable with autonomy and can make thoughtful and educated decisions on the best way to approach your tasks
• Results oriented. You demonstrate high performance and love challenging yourself and your team to deliver

What You Can Expect

• Participation in a driven and cross-collaborative team that supports each other and adapts to tackle pressing tasks.
• Focus on hiring for our engineering teams initially, with potential collaboration opportunities across other groups in the organization.
• Contribution to researching and implementing new tools and programs to enhance talent operations and strategies.
• Collaboration with the Talent and HR teams on diverse projects, including Diversity initiatives, Co-op program, Reporting and Data insights, and interview team training.
• End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process, from initial intake to successful candidate placement. Proficiency in negotiation and management of all recruitment cycle stages.
• Active involvement in intake meetings to gather requirements and devise creative sourcing strategies, targeting both active and passive talent for a consistent candidate pipeline.

United States-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $68,000USD and $92,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
