Join AnalytiChem's team as a passionate and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to transform company operations worldwide. This role involves implementing talent acquisition strategies, recruiting activities with the aim to drive the workforce talents of the company to the next level. The ideal candidate should have a strong people mindset, openness for change and action, pro-active approach and positive communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent acquisition strategies and tactics align with business objectives and requirements.


The role is reporting directly to the VP HR of the AnalytiChem Group based in Germany and will be part of the North American Organisation and Team.


Location: Montreal/Quebec- Baie d’urfe (hybrid) or locations nearby in regular commutable distance.


Your responsibility:

  • Posting jobs on social networks and traditional job boards and identifying successful ways of attracting talents
  • Managing the recruiting process from the kick-off of the position to the conclusion of a successful hire
  • Reporting activities back to Regional and Group level and providing active advise of best ways to manage a recruiting campaign and establish a reliable Talent Pool for all levels
  • You explore innovative and unconventional ways of finding talent through sharing best practices, collaborating in groups, networks and relationship building
  • Selecting suitable channels, active sourcing and screening of suitable profiles
  • Building up various talent pools and platforms for our Talent requirements
  • Independently conduct interviews (by phone, in person & virtually), screen candidates and select with confidence and fit for company culture


We are looking for:

  • Must be bilingual (English & French), written and spoken
  • A strong hands-on mentality and natural desire to manage de analytics of state of the art recruiting
  • Experience in using talent databases, as well as features for active sourcing of candidates
  • You are committed and have strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • You are enthusiastic about a very dynamic industry environment, can infect and attract others with your way to represent our culture and company
  • At least 2 years of professional experience through a comparable role in in-house recruiting or an executive search firm or professional agency environment
