Meta Ads Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team, collaborating closely with clients to produce cutting-edge visual products, and use these images/videos to tell a story for social media advertising.

The successful candidate will be able to create fresh visuals that constantly respond to current trends and tap into various artistic genres. The main focus and responsibility will be to create “thumb-stopping” ads for Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Creating unique graphics for social media ads
• Keeping up with best practices and trends
• Organize and maintain a library of visuals
• Serve as the brand's primary graphic designer for creating social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Strong love & understanding of branding
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and hold a flexible schedule
• Initiative to learn many new skills & tools the job requires
• Strong working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite: advanced InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator knowledge.
• Experience with motion design and video edits is an asset.
• Eye-catching and diverse portfolio (MUST BE INCLUDED IN APPLICATION, SEND US YOUR MOST CREATIVE WORK)
• Excellent knowledge of modern graphic design trends and styles
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• Understand design best practices and trends. Be open to feedback, pitch work, and justify decisions.
