Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Effective communicator, actively participating in design discussions with team members and partners
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator ). Adobe Premier and After Effects experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines, embracing creative challenges
• Self-starter with the ability to work well independently, and collaborate well with creative direction
• Experience in graphic design and production, covering print, digital, and branding design
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Expertise in designing print and digital artwork for promotional events, including posters, social media ads, menus, arena advertising, and outdoor display signage
• Sets and meets deadlines effectively, whether working independently or in a group
• Thrives both independently and in a team, with a strong eagerness to learn
• Holds a University Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a Certificate in Visual Communications
• Able to shift priorities, multi-task, problem solve and complete projects as the work landscape shifts
• Delivers compelling designs that align with brand guidelines, capable of adapting to different brands within tight deadlines
• Skilled in conceptualizing and executing designs from scratch
• Conceptual, strategic, collaborative, and passionate about creativity
• Impeccable taste for design, typography, color, and exceptional attention to detail
