Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor and adjust campaign performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics related to digital marketing and CRM, generating actionable insights for the marketing team and senior leadership.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate leads and increase brand awareness through channels such as SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online platforms.
• Develop and implement engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and retain customers. Craft personalized emails optimized for maximum deliverability and engagement.
• Could you perform thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and other SEO tasks to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic?

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub is essential; certification is a major plus.
• Strong skills in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO.
• Strong team player, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional skills in email marketing, including creating effective email content, list management, and analyzing email campaign metrics.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a special emphasis on generating B2B and B2C leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Solid experience in creating and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels.
