Le Centre d’Auto Bernie recherche un(e) assistant(e) de bureau pour être le pilier de nos opérations administratives. Responsabilités:

  1. Accueil et interaction avec la clientèle : Accueillir les clients et les visiteurs avec amabilité, offrir une expérience positive et chaleureuse. Répondre aux appels entrants, traiter les demandes et orienter les visiteurs de manière appropriée.
  2. Soutien administratif : Aider dans diverses tâches administratives telles que la gestion des courriels, de la correspondance et des fournitures de bureau, ainsi que le maintien de systèmes de classement organisés.
  3. Planification des rendez-vous : Gérer efficacement le calendrier des rendez-vous, planifier les rendez-vous de service et maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients.
  4. Saisie de données et tenue des dossiers : Assurer une saisie de données précise et en temps voulu dans nos systèmes, en maintenant des dossiers à jour et bien organisés.
  5. Service à la clientèle : Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes des clients, en les aidant avec des informations et en veillant à ce que leurs besoins soient satisfaits rapidement et professionnellement.
  6. Coordination de la flotte : Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe des services de flotte pour planifier les rendez-vous et communiquer efficacement avec les clients de flottes commerciales.
  7. Facturation et gestion des comptes : Aider à la génération des factures et à la gestion des processus de facturation, en veillant à l'exactitude et à une communication en temps opportun avec les clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reception and Customer Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, offering a positive and welcoming experience. Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as managing emails, correspondence, and office supplies, as well as maintaining organized filing systems.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar, schedule service appointments, and maintain effective communication with clients.
  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems, maintaining up-to-date and well-organized records.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, assisting with information, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  6. Fleet Coordination: Work closely with the fleet services team to schedule appointments and communicate effectively with commercial fleet clients.
  7. Invoicing and Billing: Assist in generating invoices and managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

What you bring:

  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Honest, courteous, and solid work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office or customer service setting
