Communication Specialist, Payments -(Hybrid/Remote)

Job Summary

• Coordinate with C1 Payments project teams, Client Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Payments Operations, and Communications for client and internal operational readiness.
• Support program change management and ensure timely delivery of critical information for client readiness and success.
• Act as a liaison with internal project teams and Client Delivery/Client Relationships to ensure accurate transmission of data and materials.
• Manage content and delivery of client engagement forums, including webinars, committees, and working groups.
• Establish a two-way communication process with project participants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate forums for education and engagement with clients on payments strategy opportunities.
• Provide post-implementation status updates and second-line support to stakeholders.
• Stay informed of competitive best practices and emerging trends in the client ecosystem.
• Maintain payments client website content and schedule news and updates.
• Work closely with product marketing to ensure effective communication of product documentation and design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional communications experience, including communication to stakeholders up to the Executive level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven self-starter with strong initiative and motivation.
• Passionate about helping clients succeed and understand payments.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working in financial institutions or financial policy.
