UNI's head office is located in Caraquet, NB. The ideal candidate would be based in New Brunswick and would be bilingual in English and French. Most importantly, however, have a strong payment operations background and an understanding of Payments Canada requirements.
CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Director of Payment Operations, the Payemtn Specialist will play an important role on the payments team and will be responsible for the analysis of systems, processes and data related to the management of UNI's payments ecosystem, which includes POS, ATM, mobile, wire, bill payments, AFT/TEF, checks and transfers, among others. The incumbent will play a crucial role in collaborating with various stakeholders to target and develop appropriate solutions to meet the company's payment needs (from analysis to implementation).
Among other things, this position will be responsible for :
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in administration, computer science or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a systems or business analyst or similar role.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (French and English).
- Experience leading projects in a highly cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing high-impact deliverables.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French.
- Equivalent training and experience will be taken into consideration.
WORKING CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in both official languages and in the Microsoft product suite.
