Role: Chief Product Officer

We need a visionary rebel with a deep knowledge of the space for anime, art, manga and gaming who dares to challenge the status quo to crafts unforgettable and super fun user experiences. You will lead the charge as our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and you will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy to new heights, pushing the boundaries of creativity and delivering exceptional user experiences to all the fans around the world.

1. Leadership: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for our Infinite Verse product line. Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives and steer the organization towards future growth and success.
2. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Infinite Verse. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements that set us apart as industry leaders.
3. Infinite Verse Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of the Infinite Verse platform. Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure the creation of cutting-edge virtual reality experiences that captivate and inspire our users.
4. Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a customer-centric approach to product development. Understand and anticipate the needs of our users, ensuring that Infinite Verse delivers unparalleled value and delights customers at every touchpoint.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions. Leverage metrics and feedback to continuously improve the product, optimize performance, and drive engagement.
6. Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve in the virtual reality landscape. Embrace emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to push the boundaries of what's possible within the Infinite Verse ecosystem.
7. Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage the product development budget and resources. Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve strategic goals.
8. Team Empowerment: Build and lead a high-performing Infinite Verse development team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product integration and successful product launches.
10. Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all Infinite Verse products meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in virtual reality product development and management, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Extensive knowledge of virtual reality technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
