As continental Chief Operations officer, Executive Director of Operations Continents Canada you will be responsible for the success or failure of the company in the province that you are in the Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, all falls on your shoulders. As a continental executive of operations responsible means that you will be held accountable for the success of the company’s efforts, across the continental location of Non-Europe include the UK. You will part of the Canada central operation Team; your office location will be defined as the HQ continent office HQ or sub HQ Operation service centre . As continental Chief Operationist you will set strategy and vision, the senior

management team will work with you in strategy development, the Investors, the stakeholders the Group CEO, CEOs, Chief Finance controller executive First- COO and CEO product will approve your business plan. The Board, Group CEO, CEO, CEO products will approve or revise your business strategy. But you will ultimately set the

direction that delivers markets against competitors. As continental operations executive you will decide, sets budgets, forms partnerships, makes acquisitions, and hires a team to steer the company accordingly. The strategy and vision for the company determine where everyone will focus their efforts. Find a vision and strategy and use it to align the continent that you belong. Your culture will determine what people do and don’t try, who will stay, who will leave, and how stays. Decide how you want people to act, model the behaviour of the employee Remember that the

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
