- Strong communication and storytelling skills (French and English).

- Experience leading projects in a highly cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing high-impact deliverables.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French.

- Equivalent training and experience will be taken into consideration.

Coordinate with C1 Payments project teams, Client Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Payments Operations, and Communications for client and internal operational readiness.

Support program change management and ensure timely delivery of critical information for client readiness and success.

Manage content and delivery of client engagement forums, including webinars, committees, and working groups.

Facilitate forums for education and engagement with clients on payments strategy opportunities.

5+ years of professional communications experience, including communication to stakeholders up to the Executive level.

Superior communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of InSAR processing techniques, competent scripting/Python skills, quality assurance, and verification know-how.

In-depth technical InSAR knowledge, specific InSAR experience in infrastructure, dam, mining, or other asset monitoring

A minimum of 3+ years of production experience, delivering high-quality products to clients.

A master’s level or above in a relevant discipline (Geodesy, Earth Science, Remote Sensing, Engineering – for example Civil, Electrical, etc.).

Knowledge of agile software development practices and the ability to participate in development planning and prioritization sessions.

Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure)

Management of Team mailbox, CSP queue and escalated items via other channels (sales, vendors, merchants).

Host Security Key Management (HSM) and manage key custodianship and business process, as well as pinpad uploads to the host.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Vast experience with the various Point of Sale (POS) terminal offerings, integrated solutions, and associated communication protocols.

Develop and manage relationships with vendors (DXC, TNS, VeriFone & Ingenico), third-party processors, call centers, sales, and other business areas.

Liaise with the Certifications, Product, and Development departments.
