You have minimum of 1 year of Accounting and/or Payment Operations Experience

Experience with working with outside government agencies (For example CRA, Service Canada, Ontario EHT, Provincial Workers Compensation Board)

Assist Canadian Payroll Operations to ensure all Employee and Government payments are paid on time and accurately

Assist both internal team and external clients with payments and billing inquiries or concerns via email

Prepare and Process ACH payment files for clients and vendors

- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a systems or business analyst or similar role.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills (French and English).

- Experience leading projects in a highly cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.

- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing high-impact deliverables.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French.

- Equivalent training and experience will be taken into consideration.

What skills & qualifications do I need?

Develops a security governance and policy framework based upon industry leading practices to manage cyber risk for Metrolinx Payments

Extensive senior level experience in the core functions of Information & Technology in a large private or public sector environment.

Certifications in any of the following disciplines would be assets:

Oversees the Metrolinx Payments security function to provide security leadership and guidance across the Payments division.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT Security roles

Has experience (and/or willingness) to increase Kyndryl’s intellectual property assets by expanding existing Consult offerings, developing new offers when needed.

Knowledgeable on one or more industries mentioned above with deep Business-to-ModernIT trends and transformation background.

Has participated in sales cycles across multiple offering solutions and has been exposed to a diverse set of client proposals.

Directly responsible for helping to build and manage a specific Consult service area, including hiring and development of staff.

Effectively collaborates across Consult service areas, functions or entities while inspiring a positive employee experience and enhanced climate.

Consulting industry and skills aligned to the above specialization

Strong mathematical aptitude, information gathering and problem solving skills with demonstrated experience with finance

Strong organizational and efficient time management skills

Knowledge of Municipal financial processes/procedures and project management needs would be an asset

The successful candidate will be required to work with and influence senior-level leaders and partner with other IT Managers

10 years of experience as a Technical delivery lead

Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff, and service providers.

2+ years of experience in Software Product Management

Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager

Relevant Product Management Certificate is an asset

University degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience

Experience turning data into actionable insights

Experience with data analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Fullstory, etc

International business analysis or/and project management certification;

Profound knowledge of payments schemes (SEPA, SCTInst, UKFP, BACS, International payments) and the overall payments eco-system;

In-depth knowledge of API’s, SWIFT and/or ISO 20022 payment messages.

Good communicator with excellent meeting/workshop facilitation skills;

Proven experience of designing and / or testing large scale payments applications;

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
