Job Title: Remote Travel Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Travel Insurance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on travel insurance options, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen baggage. This is a 100% remote position and requires a self-starter who is able to work independently and effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously update knowledge on travel insurance products and industry trends
• Advise clients on the best travel insurance options for their specific needs and travel itineraries
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Assist clients in purchasing and managing their travel insurance policies
• Explain the coverage and benefits of various travel insurance policies

Qualifications:

• Must have stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Must be able to work with various CRM systems
• Must be able to work on a computer for long periods of time.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of travel insurance products and industry regulations
• Must be able to work in flexible schedule with different time zones
• Sales and performance driven attitude
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software and technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven experience as a travel insurance advisor or similar role
• French and English communication skills
