Continuously update knowledge on travel insurance products and industry trends

Proven experience as a travel insurance advisor or similar role

French and English communication skills

Strong knowledge of travel insurance products and industry regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment required

Receive inbound calls from partners seeking assistance

Guide partners on how to best use available services on the Partner Platform

Respond to partner questions on product information, coverage, and rate calculation

Provide assistance on other claims and services

Degree or diploma in business or another discipline required
