Responsibilities

• Access, clean, and organize raw data to make it meaningful for the team and stakeholders
• Conduct quantitative analysis to answer challenging business questions and provide insights
• Create visualizations and automated dashboards to help understand the data
• Promote a data-driven culture and use data to answer business questions and drive strategy and results
• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize A/B tests and evaluate results

Preferred Experience

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Beginner knowledge of pandas in Python
• Familiarity with operational KPIs such as inventory availability and price competitiveness
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to create clean datasets
• 1-3 years of experience with modern BI/Analytic tools such as Looker, Snowflake, and dbt
