Job Description

ThinkFuel is looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to support the execution of HubSpot software onboardings for our clients. The perfect candidate will have experience in CRM implementation and a marketing software background. You will have the opportunity to help clients put their HubSpot investment to work through business process analysis, strategy, training, coaching, and software configuration. This role will focus on the HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub software's successful deployment while advising them on the best way to craft strategy and execute within the system.


In this role, you'll get to:

  • Engage in discovery sessions with clients to understand their business, their processes and provide strategic guidance on how to replicate/improve through HubSpot within the framework of our onboarding process.
  • Facilitate regular strategic calls with clients to drive product adoption
  • Begin to strategize and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your clients
  • Improve and scale the HubSpot software setup process
  • Train and educate clients on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools
  • Ensure clients complete their required deliverables in a timely manner
  • Serve as the main point of contact, acting as an Account Manager, for around 8-10 clients (at a time) to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot software.
  • Provide post-onboarding support and assistance.


We are looking for people who:


  • Can build marketing campaigns, establish a customer feedback loop, set up CRMs, and/or organize sales processes
  • Are diligent communicators
  • A candidate with agency experience and/or experience implementing CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Can research, troubleshoot and solve complex software issues
  • Can effectively project manage and create organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding
  • Can manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
  • Can deliver product training sessions via Google Meet

  • You have completed any of the following certifications:
  • HubSpot Marketing Software
  • HubSpot Service Hub Software
  • You have strong data management and analytical skills
  • You have a background in optimizing sales and marketing processes
  • You can demonstrate a background in complex software implementation
  • You have experience in all HubSpot Hubs and have worked within the platform for 3-5 years minimum.
