5 years of management experience, payroll service support and onboarding preferred.

Strong leadership and personnel management skills

Manage the team’s performance relative to customer experience by evaluating key metrics.

Knowledge of or experience in construction payroll. ComputerEase experience preferred.

College Bachelor Degree or equal work experience

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills

You have strong data management and analytical skills

A candidate with agency experience and/or experience implementing CRM and marketing automation platforms

Can manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients

Can effectively project manage and create organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding

You have completed any of the following certifications:

You have experience in all HubSpot Hubs and have worked within the platform for 3-5 years minimum.

Handle transfers and manage dollar figures in correspondence

1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Tech Support is required

Experience in a call centre environment is an asset

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Act as a key escalation contact for client/customer communications via phone and email correspondence

Identify, investigate, and resolve users’ problems by carrying out manual A-Z troubleshooting

Actively engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Understanding private client service and investment management practices is an asset

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of investment products, services, and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a related field

Strong administrative skills and forward-thinking mindset for process development, with the ability to adapt to change
