- Serve as an escalation point for employees when they need help.
- And lead actions to maximize productivity and efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned.
- Develop best practices to maximize productivity and results.
- Manage the team’s performance relative to customer experience by evaluating key metrics.
Qualifications
- A passion for customer onboarding or customer success and enjoy working directly with customers and going the extra mile
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- 5 years of management experience, payroll service support and onboarding preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing focus on timelines, progress, communication
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills; must excel at providing direction, motivating, and coaching to direct reports and be visible with front line managers and associates
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Knowledge of or experience in construction payroll. ComputerEase experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Solid understanding of payroll principles (not necessary, but certainly a plus)
- College Bachelor Degree or equal work experience
- Well organized and strong attention to detail
- Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
