• Serve as an escalation point for employees when they need help.
• And lead actions to maximize productivity and efficiencies
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develop best practices to maximize productivity and results.
• Manage the team’s performance relative to customer experience by evaluating key metrics.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer onboarding or customer success and enjoy working directly with customers and going the extra mile
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• 5 years of management experience, payroll service support and onboarding preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing focus on timelines, progress, communication
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills; must excel at providing direction, motivating, and coaching to direct reports and be visible with front line managers and associates
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Knowledge of or experience in construction payroll. ComputerEase experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Solid understanding of payroll principles (not necessary, but certainly a plus)
• College Bachelor Degree or equal work experience
• Well organized and strong attention to detail
• Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
• Excellent attention to detail
