Overview A Service Support Manager is responsible for managing the service support team and ensuring that customer service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Support Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, as well as providing training and guidance to the service support team. Detailed Job Description The Service Support Manager is responsible for managing the service support team and ensuring that customer service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Support Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, as well as providing training and guidance to the service support team. The Service Support Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in developing customer service policies and procedures
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
