Position: Payroll technician
Permanent opportunity
Location: Lachine
35 hours per week ( flexible schedule hours)
Salary: 65 000- 80 000$/year (depending on the level of experience)
Our client is looking to add a payroll technician to their team! You will be responsible with the paymaster to do the full cycle of payroll for 600 employees and help with the benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide support to managers and employees for all payroll-related questions;
• Maintain filing and archiving of files and documents;
• Open and update employee files
• Enter payroll data accurately and precisely into the ADP Workforce Now software
• Participate in the full payroll cycle, including benefits applications
• Produce various weekly, monthly and annual reports;
• You will be responsible of the payroll full cycle for 600 employees across Quebec

- Participate in various continuous improvement projects;-
Qualifications

• Bilingualism ( good knowledge of french speak and write)
• Must demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
• Minimum 3-5 years or more of experience with the full cycle of payroll
• Canadian payroll association license a strong asset
• DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting an asset
• Strong attention to detail
