Responsibilities:
• Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadership.
• Effectively collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
• Analysis of Workday processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Workday ecosystem
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workday Consultant
•Hands-on expertise in internal integrations
•Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
•Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
•Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a similar degree
Languages:
English: C1 Advanced
