Job Description
Administer and support the various HR systems, primarily Workday and ServiceNow, in day-to-day operations, through tickets submitted to the team
  • Act as an expert resource person for users, as well as internal and external stakeholders of the various projects
  • Design and schedule standardized reports or data queries using appropriate tools and systems for various internal and external partners, including senior management
  • Be responsible for the design, maintenance and configuration of your system, according to the field of expertise
  • Assess the feasibility of requested modifications and improvements and prioritize projects to ensure they meet business needs
  • Participate in the creation of diverse content for training or reference purposes and support, where appropriate, the transfer of knowledge to affected users
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HR industry trends, best practices and the latest technologies, and implement them in optimization and continuous improvement projects
  • Implement identified business solutions to solve HR application or functional issues
  • Share knowledge with team members to develop their multidisciplinary knowledge
  • Ensure data compliance and user security access in our HR systems, among other things, through quarterly audits
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Coordinate and participate in the deployment of new functionalities in HR systems to continuously improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are converted into a flexible, scalable and sustainable HR system configuration
