Job Description

Our client is a leader in software and marketing and is currently hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in closing new accounts and take charge of ongoing projects.
  • Transition customer relationships to Customer Success Specialists after successful onboarding.
  • Manage customer relationships from sales to successful implementation.

Key Tasks:
30% - Project Management:

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest solutions for an outstanding user experience.
  • Drive new projects by implementing customer-specific requirements and ensuring timely completion.

30% - Ensure Account Success:

  • Document customer requirements and setup to facilitate seamless handover to Customer Success Specialists.
  • Provide comprehensive software training to new clients for optimal utilization.

30% - Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work with the sales team to onboard new clients and showcase expertise during the sales process.
  • Foster customer satisfaction to generate referrals and identify potential customers for business growth.
  • Conduct customized software demos that align with individual customer needs.

10% - Personal and Professional Growth:

  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and value.
  • Invest in self-development through books, podcasts, courses, and skill-building initiatives.
  • Stay updated on customer needs, requests, and upcoming product features.

Success Metrics:

  • Contribute to territory growth by receiving referrals and identifying potential accounts.
  • Timely delivery of our product to meet customer target dates.
  • Simplified customer and user experience through smooth onboarding and comprehensive setup documentation.


Our client is a leader in the software and marketing space and looking for 5X growth over the next 5 years. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. This role is a 100% remote/home-based role. A 5% bonus is given to candidates that are in-house.
Commission: Paid monthly, % of revenue from new customer onboarding
Benefits: $2,500 Health Spending Account to use on whatever permitted services at choice.
