Job Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of a new global payroll platform
• Prepare pay registers, troubleshoot payroll issues, and respond to employee inquiries
• Analyze payroll functions and reporting for compliance with regulations
• Ensure consistency between HRIS and payroll systems
• Process semi-monthly payroll for Canadian and assist with US payroll

Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• 2+ years of experience in Canadian payroll, exposure to US payroll is a plus
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards legislation
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) Certification
