Payroll Analyst Jobs

Cosmetic Physician Partners is building a premier network of physician-led aesthetic clinics throughout the United States. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our corporate office in Montreal, QC, Canada. 

The Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay. Other duties include collaborating across different departments to increase payroll service performance and improve the payroll system.

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2days remote

Responsibilities:

• Work with company database programs to process payroll
• Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
• Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
• Process payroll for employees in the organization
• Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
• Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
• Work directly with clients to achieve organization goals as required

Qualifications:

• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English (mainly working with US employees)
• Detailed oriented individual who is comfortable looking at data
• Proficiency with Excel
