About the Role:

Job Title: Technical Product Manager/ Product Owner/ Systems Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst/ Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support them with product knowledge and collateral.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and ensure that our products stay competitive and innovative.
• Define and track key product metrics to ensure successful product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Define product requirements and specifications, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful delivery of products.

Requirements:

• Experience in defining and tracking key product metrics to ensure successful product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis, defining product requirements and specifications, and developing pricing and packaging strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical/ backend API experience with data and API service integrations experience and knowing their stack c#, APIs, .net core, and Azure.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team toward a common goal.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Need some engineering background and have experience working in a DevOps model and can lead engineering teams to perform Discovery using Discovery Tree and the Monte Carlo Simulation Forecasting tool.

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Range: CAD 142,000 - 162,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
