As a member of the MRB Operations team, you will interact with our customers, liaison with their vendors, and implement solutions in order to provide them with top-notch service. Collaborating within MRB as well as with other technical teams, you will have the opportunity to deploy new technologies as well as troubleshoot technical issues.
Our Vision is to deliver innovative application solutions that enable our customers to optimize B2B, B2C, and business-to-employee collaboration.

- Serve as first-level support in an Operations environment within a 24/7 on-call rotational schedule
- Create, update/edit, and execute Batch commands, PowerShell or Transact-SQL
- Deploy full client releases across production and test environments
You are the missing piece of the puzzle- your requirements and expectations, skills, etc
- Advanced level - Analytical, problem solving, decision making, risk analysis, prioritization, and status reporting skills
- Seasoned job scheduling and automation software experience using tools such as GECS, Control-M
- A strong grasp of batch and overnight processing for banking systems
- Thorough acquaintance with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong team player with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and step outside your comfort zone when required, coupled with a positive sense of doing the right thing
