Senior System Analyst Jobs

About the role

This position is responsible to manage, maintain and support all systems running the Windows operating system as well as help the team in new upcoming projects. The individual will also have a functional role in mentoring other team members and share the off-hour support responsibilities.

How you will make an impact

• Develop and document procedures for routine system administration
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Performs system updates to maintain stability
• Troubleshoot any issues related to system hardware, software and networking.
• Manage and support the following Microsoft system services:
• Setup and configure mainly Windows Servers
• Perform capacity planning on all Windows servers
• Monitors, maintains, and analyzes network and computer for unusual activity or suspicious behavior by reviewing information security logs to protect the organization and ensure the integrity of its information data and systems.
• Assist the Security team with planning, coordinating and implementing system security measures

• Manage and support the following platforms:

VMWare

Citrix (XenApp, Netscaler)

Palo Alto

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong networking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences
• Experience with installing and/or managing Linux is a plus
• Scripting languages (VBScript, powershell )
• Strong experience with virtualized environments (VMware)
• 10+ years of experience with Windows core services in a large organization (multi-domain, multi-site)
• Experience in Network security in a large organization (multi-domain, multi-site)
• Technical Certificates with Microsoft and VMWare.
• 10+ years of experience with network and systems administration with a focus on Windows products
• Experience with installing and/or managing Citrix XenApp (latest version)
