Business System Analyst Jobs

Role: ERP/SAP VMS functional IT Business System Analyst

Location: Remote – Canada

· 7+ years of experience working as IT Business System Analyst

· Experience working as Business System Analyst in ERP applications, SAP VMS (Vendor Management Systems) working with multiple business stakeholders to gather business/system requirements

· Functional understanding of Finance & Procurement processes

· Design & Develop Business Process flows for the IT application development requirements

· Document user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for the IT application development

· Provide clarifications to the technical teams as needed

· Validate the product prior to product owner demos

· Contribute to the initiative planning by providing the high-level requirements and estimates

· Manage projects activities as assigned by project manager through the project lifecycle, inclusive of design sessions, confirm business scenarios for testing, reviewing and approving test plans and ensuring the appropriate end user acceptance testing is obtained and assist in the creation of the stabilization plan.

· Conduct functional impact analysis for new business processes and for modification of existing business processes to configuration or application changes.

· Provide quality assurance review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed or recommend additional enhancements

· Performs impact analyses of new features or changes to existing features

· Analyse and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.

· Create process documentation for continuous process improvements

· Provide subject matter expertise to development teams

· Manage projects activities as assigned by project manager
