Business System Analyst Jobs

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a permanent position with its Gatineau-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC, on a hybrid basis.

Key Tasks

• Understanding of how an HR application can be configured to support business processes
• Understanding of how an HR application can be configured to support business processes
• Advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose day-to-day HR systems-related issues/ requirements and troubleshoot solutions
• Proven experience with implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS HR systems as well as providing analysis and recommended solutions
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
• Ability to train employees at all levels on HR systems and processes
• Expert analytical skills to address systems-based requirements and perform analysis on a range of complex HR issues
• Practical experience with internal control procedures and audit requirements in relation to data access, security, and master data configuration

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst experience and a minimum of two (2) years’ recent experience working on HRIS SaaS software implementation projects
• Proven experience with implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS HR systems as well as providing analysis and recommended solutions for SaaS HR systems
• Recent experience supporting HRIS SaaS systems projects. (Ie. enhancements, upgrades, net new implementations, data migrations etc.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Proven experience with the deployment of HRIS functionality, including liaising with business partners to drive consensus on approach for project activities
• Proven experience with the definition of templates (Process, Reports, data) and the governance required to preserve standardization

Assets

• CBAP/ CCBA certification is considered an asset
• Experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro by Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is an asset
