The role we are offering you:


As an Analyst – Manufacturing, electrical, electronic and electromechanical sectors, you will be responsible for projects carried out within the electrical and electromechanical teams. You will be responsible for proposing improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of the different teams.


Your challenges


  • Analyze the key performance indicators of the teams and propose, develop and implement the necessary measures to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the sectors
  • Optimize the trials (tests) on the various electromechanical & electronic assemblies.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new health and safety measures.
  • Ensure the smooth running of quality audits (ISO 9001 and AS9100) in the sectors concerned.
  • Execute material orders for the sectors concerned.
  • Analyze the root causes of operational budget variances and propose improvement projects.
  • Analyze, determine and plan the needs of the teams to ensure the smooth running of operations.


Our ideal candidate has:


  • Dynamic, creative, focused on quality and results, enthusiastic and autonomous.
  • Good understanding of electrical/electronic drawings.
  • Mastery of the Office Suite including Excel, intermediate to advanced level
  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent and 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A combination of a college diploma in a related field (electrical, electromechanical) and at least 10 years of experience will also be considered
  • Ability to manage time and manage simultaneously and efficiently multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English.
  • Experience working at CAE, an asset.
