In your role, you will:

• Become a system administrator of key finance applications such as OneStream and Cadency:
• Support System upgrades
• Support the team developing and implementing the new consolidation system - OneStream:
• Support ad hoc requests;
• Document consistent problems for future enhancements
• Develop Financial Reports
• Learn system administration and maintenance
• Maintain and enhance system policies and procedure for OSC/Audit compliance
• Contribute to the expansion of OneStream through implementation of new modules or adding users.
• Work closely with the different Finance teams, including our Shared Service Center;
• Participate in the development and implementation of various finance projects;
• Support system audit tasks
• Develop Reports, maintain financial reports and forms
• Participate actively to any other system implementation in the organization’s roadmap, as needed
• Configure security
• Become a super user
• Contribute to the project as a finance team member
• Maintain and enhance training material and conduct training
• Provide support to end users and training
• Maintain and perform basic configuration
• Participate actively to the implementation of other modules of OneStream
• Work with IT and Software support team to address system issues
• Create documentation of system related processes
• Any other tasks.

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a willingness to learn and are detail oriented.
• Knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset.
• You can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• You have a bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• SQL knowledge to develop and debug queries would be considered an asset
• You have excellent analytic skills, you are a team player, you demonstrate innovation, leadership, perseverance, and engagement.
• Knowledge of one of the major EPM tool such as Financial Consolidation Software would be considered an asset (Hyperion, OneStream) including knowledge of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow.
• You have minimum (2) to (5) plus years of experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) related technologies.
