We are looking for a Financial Services Associate.

As a Financial Associate, you will be supported by an existing team of Associates, our qualified Executive Directors with administrative assistance.

Candidates submitting their resumes for this position will be considered for opportunities as part of Experior Financial Group throughout the United States and Canada with the flexibility to work from home and use our office locations for client meetings.

What you will do:

1. Initiate, develop, and foster a network of successful individuals, families, and business owners, with the goal of ultimately managing their financial plans, while seeking out new clients through referrals.

2. Attend client meetings, including meetings with new and prospective clients.

3. Contribute to advising clients on financial planning strategies. Document the meetings in detail in order to execute the established tasks.

4. Provide clients with a consultation to determine their current financial situation, including following through on client requests, anticipating client needs, and providing end-to-end guidance.

5. Process and follow up on client applications and transfers.

6. Based on their individualized needs analysis, you will prepare recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers

7. Help clients identify risk and manage it appropriately, by understanding the latest developments in the financial world and share with clients information that can help them make informed decisions

8. Comply with all the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.

1. The passion to influence clients to understand our financial product offerings and build a book of clients, primarily through networking, prospecting referrals and seminars.
2. A strong work ethic and commitment to a career as an Associate or Brokerage Owner and the ability to be self disciplined.
3. Recognition of the value of hard work and investing time to build a successful client book.
4. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
5. Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints, and follow up;
6. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner;
7. Ability to establish relationships with new and existing clients, gain insights into their unique needs through conversations, and establish a trusting rapport that leads to long-term business partnerships.
8. LLQP qualification and licensing or the willingness to earn it within 3 months of the role.

Qualifications

HLLQP or willingness to obtain

1 year experience in the Financial Industry in a client facing role is preferable

Business or Finance related qualification is not required but an asset

CSC Qualification is not required but is an asset
