Strong analytical, data mining and financial modelling skills using tools such as PowerBI, SAP, and other data analytics technologies

Strong modelling and excel skills with the ability to understand complex excel formulas, simplify templates, and cleanse data

Ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities at the same time.

Analytical mindset and data analysis skills including demonstrated ability to manage large data sets with efficiency.

Manage transactional work for purchase orders, raw material authorization and SLOB across the full EM MAKE Team.

Experience developing and managing analytical reports for large scale reports within the team.

Experience working with a business environment focused on continuous improvement and exposure to continuous improvement concepts is preferred.

Execute monthly dashboards and analytics processes to track EM performance, activities and key performance metrics.

Assist in evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.

Perform and manage application installation, configuration, testing, and debugging to support the organization's OT and its ancillary systems.

Develop and maintain the corporate knowledgebase for OT and ancillary applications and associated environments

Be an expert on the functional configuration, capabilities and usage of OT application.

Note: The initial 4 weeks would have to be onsite and later remote

Serve as the primary liaison between IT and manufacturing operations team.

Perform inventory management duties such as Safety Stock analysis, Lead Time review, MOQ review.

Manage inventory levels, identify overstocked inventory, and work cross-functionally to identify root causes and find potential solutions.

3 years of related work experience preferred

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Monitor and improve key parameters and controls related to inventory, to ensure high service levels.

Review Batches on Hold Report and work on the corrective actions to prevent future shortages.

Forecast management of key production assemblies

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Administration

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Production Planning capacity or equivalent roles

Excellent organization, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Experience and understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies as it relates to planning & scheduling

Experience with JD Edwards ERP preferred but not required

Cooperate with other internal departments according to business needs and strategies of Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing

Minimum 2 years of experience in a previous analytical, strategy, consulting, or research role

Excellent written and oral English skills; French language skills an asset

3 + years of experience in quality improvement or service coordination in the community services or healthcare environment.

Manage end-to-end NetSuite enhancement roadmap across all organizational needs

Experience with eComm platform integrations into ERP systems for organizational system optimization

Hands-on experience in full project life cycle to ensure successful project delivery

Define detailed functional requirements that can solution business requirements without automations and scripting in NetSuite
