Managing Consultant


As a Managing Consultant, you will utilize strong consulting and technical expertise to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies, develop roadmaps and execute solutions that will help our clients meet their objectives. You will provide strategic guidance to our clients in the areas of Collaboration, advising clients on best practices, emerging trends and technologies that will enhance their posture. Key performance metrics include Practice revenue, gross margin and customer satisfaction objectives. Reporting to the Practice Director, you will be responsible for owning a specialized Capability Domain, specifically the Collaboration Capability Domain and lead a team of Delivery Consultants. As a People leader, we will lean on you to provide strong team leadership to motivate and develop individuals and team performance.

  • Foster and develop a strong, positive team environment, driving empowerment, innovation and a high level of engagement
  • Work with the sales team, other internal contributors and clients to identify the client's needs and challenges, and develop strategies and roadmaps to address those needs
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and meetings, and other marketing events
  • Manage, mentor and guide Principal Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Consultants providing support and training to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.
  • Partner with other consultants and technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with the client's business goals and objectives
  • Own and lead a Capability Domain, providing thought leadership, guidance, and expertise in developing and executing solutions for our clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand the business by offering additional services and solutions


Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring:


  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed 
  • Experience in business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and meetings, and other marketing events
  • 8+ years of experience in M365 migrations and Microsoft collaboration technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong team leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and on budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
