Media Coordinator Jobs

What You'll Be Doing

• QC of adult content to ensure proper compliance of media.
• Work closely with the scheduling and post services departments to ensure proper and timely delivery of media to the appropriate platform.
• Support the lead and manager with on-boarding of new products.
• Day-to-day operations of media deliverables and data entry into multiple databases.
• Coordinate metadata generation for delivery to product teams as well as technical QC of media.
• Coordinate media transcodes and delivery for product teams.
• Troubleshoot media and ancillary items with product teams.

Must Haves

What you'll need to be successful:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional role
• Candidate should be well versed in the Adobe suite products
• Candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong solid Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly in Excel
• Candidate must have ability to work with many different departments, weighing the priorities and needs of each of them, and integrating these into the workflow.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Transcoding systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with digital transfer and deliver technologies. (FTP, Signiant, Aspera)
• Broadcast XML knowledge
• Experience in the television and/or film industry, particularly in media operations
